Returns and Refunds

If you find any printing errors or issues with your order, you must notify us within three working days of receiving it. If the error is confirmed to be on our end, we will reprint the product; however, refunds are not provided.

Our management team will verify the issue, and customers must send digital photos of the defect within seven days. Charges for rush orders are non-refundable.

Customer Content

You are fully responsible for how you use content in your products, including any images, designs, text, or trademarks. Do not use any third-party materials without proper permission.

You agree not to upload, share, or publish any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of The Box Printers or others. Any content you submit must not interfere with other users’ ability to use our site.

The Box Printers owns all content on this website but is not responsible for user-submitted content. We do not guarantee its accuracy, quality, or reliability.

You are responsible for keeping your account details, including your password, secure. All activity and orders made through your account are your responsibility.

Order Placement

However, you can cancel requests within 4 hours from the time the task is approved. Cancellation of order pulls in certain charges. We charge 5% of the aggregate sum of money paid for the order. Clients have 24 hours to drop their request from the time request was started. In this case, 50% of the total payment will be charged. This 50% asked for will be utilized to cover some portion of the expenses caused by the company as a result of resources wasted and time spent. Then again, there is no assurance that the chance to drop requests placed after 24 hours will be possible.

Proof and Color Accurancy

You must carefully review the final proof before approval, checking for errors in layout, spacing, punctuation, image placement, and content. Electronic proofs may not show transparency accurately.

The company is not responsible for print outcomes, especially with laminated products. Final approval makes the client fully responsible for all content.

Colors are printed based on the submitted artwork but may vary due to printing limitations and ink differences. Exact color matching is not guaranteed. By placing an order, you accept this limitation. While we strive to match colors as closely as possible, we are not liable for any variations.

Shipment and Delivery

Printing turnaround begins once full payment and artwork are received. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, shipping issues, or other factors beyond our control. However, if a delay occurs due to our error—such as equipment failure—we will refund the charges.
